ABSTRACT
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of masscustomization, this paper discusses the influence of mass customization onoperation mode of internal logistics service through the performance objectivesof logistics service including logistics service quality, response speed,dependability, flexibility and cost, and provides an operation mode of masscustomized logistics service based on the integrated of platform applicationtechnology, management and organization.

1. INTRODUCTION
As people’s consumption and demand enter the era ofthe individualized demand, the uncertainty of market demand increases greatly, andthe market competition is fiercer. Unified and steady market turns intosubdivided and changed market gradually, and this trend is more and moreobvious[1]. What is so called the fight of ‘3Cs’ is that Customer ismore and more fastidious, Competition is fiercer and fiercer, Change is more andmore difficult to predict. They become three major challenges that enterprisesare facing. In order to take these challenges, the production mode ofenterprises began to change from mass production into mass customizedproduction mode[2].
The change of theproduction mode has caused the change of the internal logistics service mode,and this makes the traditional internal logistics service mode face theunprecedented serious challenge. In the past, low cost is the tactics which usuallyadopted by internal logistics service. But nowadays, they are no longer devotedto offering the standardized logistics service for unified market. What the enterprisesrealize more clearly is that the world is not invariable, and is notcontrollable either, to operate as the existing way can't guarantee the efficiencyany more. At present, more and more diversified and customized logisticsservice takes the place of the standardized logistics service. Diversifiedmarkets grow up rapidly from the unified markets.
