Abstract—The successful implementation oflogistics development planning requires beforehand quantitative analysis aboutthe correlation between logistics and GDP so that development risk can beprevented. In this paper, a quantitative analysis framework is outlined fordeveloping regional economics. This paperanalyzedthe relativity between logistics and GDP, and established the interrelatedLogistic model between them, with freight traffic as a representative parameterof the logistics level, and put up the positivistic analysis with the data fromTianjin.

I. INTRODUCTION
Along with the fast development of the economy,the logistics industry of China is experiencing a deeply change. Especiallysince the 1990’s, the modern logistics industry has contributed to increasingthe circulating quantity of the national economy and keeping the nationaleconomy development etc. and has got the extensive approbation of the socialpublic.
To some extent the developing of the logistics impulses thedeveloping of the regional economy, and the developing of the regional economythen required a higher level of the developing of the logistics. Therelationship between the logistics and the regional economy is supplementingeach other. The agreement between the regional logistics and the regionaleconomy is in favor of the development of the regional economy, but at thepresent time, the developing level between the logistics and the regionaleconomy is obviously unsuitable with each other in many area of our country,which has restricted the developing of the regional economy to a certain degree.The article analyzed the relativity between freight traffic and GDP,established the interrelated Logistic model between them with freight trafficas a representative parameter of the logistics level, and processed the positivisticanalysis with the data from Tianjin.
