Abstract- After afull analysis of the “CDS (cigarette-distribution system)” situation, thispaper researched the application effect of RFID (Radio FrequencyIdentification) in the CDS by comprehensively considering the safety, tracking, visualization and time-effective problems in the process of cigarette-distributionand constructing a new cigarette-distribution mode and its information systemmodel in accordance with GPS (global positioning system), GIS (geographical information system) and routing optimization technology, modeledand analyzed the overall gain and loss in the CDS, and proposed that theearlier enterprises use RFID, the smaller the E (expense) will be spent and thegreater the benefit will be achieved along with the more and more significance oftime-effective demand.

I.Introduction
Cigarette products from factories usually run throughthe production, processing, circulation, and other links, then eventually reachthe hands of consumers. With the trend of thinning and specialization in socialdivision of labor, cigarette-distribution will possess longer and longer chain, more and more links, and wider and wider range, there are many factors may leadto safe problems. How to determine the reasons which cause these problems, realize the precise positioning and effective tracking, and achieve ascientific and transparent management system have called multilateral attention.
RFID (Radio FrequencyIdentification) is an automatic identification technology maturing from the1980s. It used the editorial approach of non-contact two-way exchange of datacommunications to achieve the purpose of identification. RFID could completethe input and processing of information without direct contact, without opticalvisualization without manual intervention, and operate fast and easily. It hasbeen widely used in the logistics supply chain management, health, transportation and the military, security and other fields
