Abstract
Based on GISas the main carrier, ourreal time computer simulation system of urban logistics distributionvehicle routing optimizationprecisely measures and marks the information of distribution site, providingtrue and available information for routing optimization, performing low costand highly efficient operation on vehicle scheduling by the distributioncenter through optimizationalgorithm. Thesystem can satisfy the demand of urban logistics distribution routing optimization under themulti-constraints condition of variable distribution cites and complex urbanroads by simulating numerous distribution cites up to scores of thousandsaccording to different plans and different regions and counting the informationof vehicle routing and loading by different plans for contrast analysis so asto adjust and optimize the distribution routing, regions, period and vehiclesin order to accomplish the equilibrium distribution and management of manyrelevant indexes such as vehicle load capacity, distribution work capacity and distributiontime.

Currently, the transportation standsa dominant position in the logistics system. It consists of trunk movement and regionaldistribution.
Trunk movement mainly involves various distribution ofraw material which is time sensitive. It aims at national or globaltransportation business, supporting themanagement ofvehicle routingand the optimization of comprehensive transport by water, land and air. Itsgoal is to reduce the time, lower transportation cost and better clarity andservice through the management of transportation agentsand theirrates, the integratedschedulingof vehicle routingand loading, the automatic payment of transportation expenses and the visualization oftransport process.
