Abstract: In the 21st century, enterprises have changed from past competitive factors of cost, quality, and so on into time factor. But most traditional enterprises still concern cost, quality and other factors as the preferred factors when choose suppliers, which is no longer suited to today's fierce market competition. Based on the supply chain time-based factor supplier's competitive strategy research, established the cosmosorbit model, the competition for the STBF provides a model and theoretical basis.

Introduction
For the suppliers, time can be the resource for deep development. The advantage of time will lay a foundation on attaining the other kinds of competitive divergence. Competition of Modern enterprises has been transformed into time-based competition. Therefore, through analysis of transit quantization for time-based factor suppliers in supply chain, established the cosmos orbit modeland provide theoretical basis for enterprises in the STBF competition.

Suppliers of time-based factor are the provider who face to the ever-changing market and are able to respond the market rapidly, and in terms of that cost, quality, service and other factors do not greatly change, to meet the demand of the core enterprises on supply chain with the shortest time, and provide products and services to them. When it changes to a certain extent, the partnership will be a essential transition. In this paper we establish the supply chain cosmos orbit model on the basis of the previous research, using the similarities between supply chain system and theory of the orbit in the universe, depicts cooperation among enterprises on supply chain, and through the interaction among each supplier to analyze the dynamic process of quantification, and provide a structure framework and theoretical support for solving transition problem of supplierstime-based factor.
