Abstract—With the development ofsupply chain in theory and practice, trust among enterprises in supply chainbecomes the focus as the basic mechanism to realize cooperation. Based on this,the article, firstly, explains the meaning of trust among enterprises in supplychain, analyses the main affected factors of trust among enterprises in supplychain. Then, it calculates the trust degree of supply chain with fuzzy -synthesis appraise. Finally, it develops a prewarning mechanism based on thetrust degree of supply chain.

Thetheoryof Supplychain is based on the Michael Baud’s value chain theory. The essence of thesupply chain is the cooperation amongthe enterprises ofsupply chain whichcan span the boundary of enterprise, make good use of the resources ofenterprises and realize win-win. Astrust is the basic mechanism to come cooperation[1], itis necessary one of thefocus on supply chain research to study the trust of supply chain enterprises.

Atpresent, the researches on the trust among enterprises of supply chain are mainly concentrated on the concept, the function,the produce mechanism, the system model as well as analyzingand researching in the game theory [2][3][4][5]. It has no satisfiedexplanation onthe quantificationresearch on supply chain enterprise’s trust mutually. The article namely takethis as a breakthrough point, carrying on the quantification, and proposing onekind of early warning mechanism based on the trust degree of supply chain.

II. The understanding of the implication of supply chain enterprise’strust

Regardingtrust concept, the people once have discussed from each angle, suchas from sociological andthe economic angle. Although the indication way and the key point are various,but overall, the trust are relatedwith thepredictability, the reliability, the behavior uniformity, ability, the duty,the sense of responsibility, the motive, the talent, the dependence, theprofessional skill, the creditability, the behavior anticipation and so on [6].

Thetrust is divided into the interpersonal trust and the organization trust, andthe organization trust is divided into in the organization trust and betweenthe organization trust.
