Abstract:This paper based on themanipulation of full vehicle logistic network and integrated inventory, inorder to optimize automobile logistics network and reduce costs, the integratedoptimization model was presented, which provided an integrated view oftransportation economies-of-scale, inventory and facility costs as well asservice quality, and at the same time a complicated multi-customer network isdisassembled to some single customer networks. At last, a PSO algorithm mixedGA and MS is presented. GA is embedded to solve the difficulties of updatingthe particles in the binary code system; the roulette algorithm is embedded toeliminate worse particles; SA is embedded to control convergence of particles.

1. Introduction
Low-cost has become a majorconsideration for car manufacturers. With the lowest cost of logistics toensure adequate levels of services has become a common need that manufacturersof automotive ask logistics companies to realize. At the same time, vehiclelogistics industry itself is also facing increasing cost pressure, increasingcompetition in the industry. As a result, the optimization of the logisticsbusiness process now becomes the most important and urgent task. As other kindsof logistics, warehousing is the foundation and core impact facilities of thewhole vehicle logistics network, which have a direct influence on the logisticscosts, operating efficiency and service levels. Storage network optimization isthe most important and direct way to reduce the operation costs and improveservice levels. On the other hand, storage network optimization must considerthe layout, capacity, size facilities, and put a variety of strategies such asfactors associated with transport, customer satisfaction and other logisticsoperations into account, to satisfy this rapidly changing environment.
