Abstract: As a crucial and critical aspect of thethird parties operation, order processing determinates the performance of theservice. This situation shed a light to the importance of order processing. After analyzing the processing flow, this paper proffer a discrete system modeland imitate this model via deploying extend simulation software, on the basisof which several defined approaches are figured out. By the same token, comparethe baseline case with polished and burnished programs to the great progress inthe later program in order processing time cycle, unit loss and the loss rateof order etc.

1 Introduction
Due to theconstant and continual change of demand, the lifetime of the product isundergoing a decline. By the same token, it is the accelerating tempo and paceof competition globalization that break the limitation of time and space forevery enterprise as well as customers. under this atmosphere, in a effort totake up large market share, how to realizing and materializing the value of theenterprise itself has been evolving into the focus and target of research notonly in the filed of business but also in the filed of academy. As a dependententerprise, the primary and paramount purpose of the third logistics enterpriseis to maximize the profit. More customers mean more potential and underlyingproceeds. While the order, as the carrier of demand, it is imperative andexigent to tackle it systematically, warily and charily. Just as what hasdiscussed above, these years witness the boom in compute science and a rapidexpansion of internet innovation, hatching a circumstance under which the thirdlogistics enterprise can receive order no matter when and where it comesfrom.
Of course, not all of the approaching and coming order should be accepted. So it isrational and reasonable to set a special department to decide estimate andevaluate each order according to the given key performance index. The whole processis described as follows. First of all, the staff of this department appraisethe availability of the goods required in the order, namely, check quantity ofthe current stock to find whether these goods is sufficient. If not, makingcomparison of the cost of rash replenishment with the proceeds that couldobtain. If the former is larger than the later, the order could be accepted. Ifnot, it is rejected. Nevertheless, in attempt to eschew and sidestep theharmful impact of cancel the order, a report must be produced to explain thereason. By virtue of modeling this process and establishing the key performanceindex to appraise this system, such as cost per unit, the utility rate of thestaff of this department, the cycle of handling one order and the waiting timefor being processed of each order, this paper offer a program to trace thewhole system to spot the bottleneck of this department, on the basis of whichthe polished and burnished approach could be put forward.
2. Literature review
In therecent decades, the research on the handling order focus on three aspects, thatis process modeling, mathematic modeling and appraisal system.
Analyzingthe order handling by virtue of process modeling is convenient and concise. Rong Liu,Akhil Kumar, Wil van der Aalst (2007) modeled this process utilizing Petri net. Then he deployed CPNtool software to simulate this model. Gao Lin (2005) investigated into thisissue by means of integrating the SCOR model of supply chain with multi-agentmechanism. Gao Yan, Wang Yanxiao (2003) utilized the theory of finite statemachine, after makingcomparison among distinct and divergent formal modeling approaches. YangWenhua, Zhang Xiaofeng (2002) deal with this problem under the direction of UMLtheory. Zhang Zhiliang, Yu Haijiang (2006) proffered tow feasible and eligibleorder processing methods in the context of mass customization. Li Shizheng,Wang Zhuan (2003) placed exclusive attention on case study. They put forwardcorresponding strategy then simulated it. These channels, to some extend, satisfy the need of analyzing the whole process. However, process modeling, insome degree, could not be compared with mathematics method for accuracy.Meanwhile, many authority attached exclusive importance to designing and analyzingthe process, while did not give thought to evaluating and estimating thisestablished system.
By virtueof mathematic modeling, several scholars contemplate and consider this questionunder some constrains to optimize the order process. Zhou Shuiying, ShengPeifeng(2003) presented and proffered a notion that different customer shouldbe given disparage price, namely discriminating pricing, after speculating thediscrepancy in cost of order processing among different customers, on the basisof the theory of integer program. Utilizing mathematics modeling does indeed haveits own advantage. Nevertheless, lots of approaches only focus on getting thebest result rather than spot the bottleneck of this system by scrutinizing andtracing the whole process.
