Abstract - From abrand new view of complex network, this paper abstracts the topologicalstructure and dynamic mechanism of industry chain to expatiate the networkrelation formation and characteristics of industry chain. It points outindustry chain has such characteristics of complex network as microcosm andscale-free. Therefore, the conception system and structure of industry chainare proposed. On the basis of analyzing the influence of disaster crisis onindustry system, the stability to resist random attack or malicious destructionof industry chain were analyzed and the result is obtained that the robustnessand weakness of industry chain under random attack or malicious destruction.The weakness of core enterprises in industry chain under external attack wasstated and it is highlighted the importance of promoting core enterprises toreact crisis. This paper also depicted the spread and the control ofuncertainty of industry network under crisis. Disease spread model is utilizedto analyze the spread of uncertainty in industry chain, measure the thresholdvalue to prevent the spreading of crisis, as well to provide theory foundationfor stability of industry chain as a whole.[1]

Secondly, the networks, andindustrial units in the chain, with highly specialization division, and theenterprise around them form collaborative networks, collaborative networks and traditionallinear systems are different essentially. Finally, industrial chain is thecore, existence and development of the industrial chain is based on theexistence of unparalleled advantages of a industry in a specific geographicalareas, which can make a certain industry rooted in a region, can attractrelated enterprises joining and gathering, so that the industry chain willcontinue to self - expansion of self-innovation, this kind of centripetal forcecomes from the development of core enterprises, they laid the foundation forthe formation of the industrial chain.
