Abstract: This paper proposes using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP)for comprehensive post-evaluation of logistics centre project’s social and economicbenefits.Firstly, an index system forpost-comprehensive evaluation of logistics centre project is constructed basedon the features of logistics centre project. Then thehierarchical structure and the comprehensive evaluation modelare built with FAHP.After that, this paperdiscusses the weights settings ofindexes in the model, as well as data processing and the matrix ofcomprehensive evaluation.Thefinal evaluation result of a case study is obtained. This method reduces the influence of subjective factors for a more rationa1evaluation.

1 Introduction
At present, China’s logistics industry is inits initial stages of development, so there are many unstable factors duringthe construction and operation phases of logistics centre project, such aschanges in the prices of construction materials and equipment, in the capacity of storage or transport, all of which willcause deviation between the actual profits and the forecasted profits of theproject. At the same time, the logistics market order is still rather chaotic,a lot of projects need to duplicate construction, whichresults in a tremendous waste, so it is necessary to conduct post-evaluation oftheir work. Therefore, the writer of this article made a post-comprehensiveevaluation of logistics centre project’s social and economic benefits by FAHPand proved the effectiveness of the method through an example as well[[1]].
2 The FAHP of the Post-comprehensive Evaluation of Logistics Centre Project’sSocial and Economic Benefits
There are many methods of post-comprehensiveevaluation. However, as to the large-scale logistics centre project, because ithas lots of factors and indexes and its contents are very complex, multi-targetFAHP is adopted.Multi-target FAHP is a method combining fuzzy maths with AHP.The steps of the application of the method to the post-evaluation of logistics centreproject’s social and economicbenefitsjust as follows:
