Abstract： The development of integratedsupply chain is introduced, and the dynamic on-demand supply chain integrationis regarded as the ultimate aim of the development of integrated supply chain. Thelarge scale logisticsbusiness platform network (LSLBPN)of the China Machi was discussed asan example, and the integrated organization, economic operation, informationintegration, service system and the relationship between each other of the integratedsupply chain service platform were analyzed. The weakness of the LSLBPNwas pointed out,and enhancing the flexibility of supply chain was emphasized. An innovative conceptof service component was proposed according to the term of software componentused in the software engineering, and the formation mechanism of the componentswas clarified. An integrated supply chain service model was established using theinnovative concept, by which the flexibility of the supply chain can beimproved.

1 Introduction
The supply chain is a network composed bydifferent businesses and relationships, including the physical, information, capitaland value-added flow chains of firms comprising the supply chain. As anintricate system, the supply chains in spontaneous and loose state need to beintegrated, coordinated and managed by supply chain management intra- andinter- firms comprising the supply chain [1].Lambert D. M. [2] mentioned thedefinition of supply chain management developed and used by the members ofGlobal Supply Chain Forum in his monograph supply chain management: supplychain management is the integration of key business processes from end-user tooriginal suppliers that provide products, services and information that addvalue for customers and other stakeholders. The objective of supply chainmanagement is to lower the cost and improve the performance across the supplychain by integration and optimization of the business processes.
The social development and technicalprogress makes the development of supply chain display the features ofintegration. The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) is a virtual organization withthe same objectives, composed by all members across the supply chain. Theobjectives (the total performance) of the organization can be optimized bysharing information, coordinating and cooperating in capital and materialissues within members [3]. The integratedsupply chain management is to apply the idea of supply chain management to theintegrated supply chain. Actually, either the supply chain management or theintegrated supply chain management is to improve the whole performance of thesupply chain by integrating and coordinating the business, physical,information and capital flows.
