Abstract- Theregional MF system has its own evolution mechanism. In order to promote theregional economic sustainable development, this paper proposes a conception thatbuilding a regional MF coupling system coordinating regional economicdevelopment. First this paper gives the structure of regional MF couplingsystem. The regional MF coupling system is a complex system containing avariety of adaptive agents, which are the regional MF supply agents, the regionalMF demand agents, the regional MF intermediary agents, and the regional MFpolicy agents. All of the agents in the system are interrelated and interact oneach other, so as to promote the development and evolution of the whole system.Then based on CAS theory, the character and mechanism of this system are analyzed.Finally, an adaptive agents model is provided, and its operation mode isanalyzed.

Ⅰ.  Introduction

At present, China's economic development is showing markedregional characteristics, such as the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl RiverDelta and the Bohai Seasurrounding area. These typical regions have become the aggregateand divergent centers of the national economy, which impact on the nationaleconomic development directly. In the process of regional economic development,regional MF system has become the important support forces. Strengthening theplanning and construction of regional MF system has been an important element torevitalizing the regional economy. The regional MF system planning is to coordinate,plan and control the flow of goods in the region, so as to achieve the optimaltargets of the various regional MF elements in the system, and promote the sustainabledevelopment of regional economy [1].
