Abstract—This paper analyses the characteristicsof information flow in militarysupply chain, the influencing factors and the structureof military supply chain management. Then, themethod of information flowmanagement and control in military supply chain is designed, and thearchitecture of information flow control in military supply chain managementinformation system is proposed.

I. Introduction
Military supply chain is a networksystem that consists of internal and external entities of military (belonging to themilitary logistics system and civillogisticssystem respectively) ,their activities and relationship in the process of military logistical service[1]. Forthe purpose of reducing the total cost of military supply chain and improvingthe performance of logistics service, military supply chain management considersall entities and segments as a whole by means of strategic management, processreengineering, logistics management, information management, partner selectionand reliability management, cash flow management, and so on[2]. Information flow isthe key factorof military supply chain and plays an importantrole in military logistics service.
