Abstract: In order to solve the virtual inventory management and its implement,the virtual enterprise alliance is structured according to the related theory,and the profit distribution between physical warehouses is analyzed from theperspective of contribution rate and optimized finally. The example is used topoint that structuring the virtual alliance can realize the collaboration among3PL enterprise, suppliers and customers in the supply chain, integrate and optimizethe inventory resources to reach maximum return of logistics resources .

0 Introduction
With the development of e-commerce, it isdifficult for a enterprise to grasp the rapid changing opportunity under thepressure of market, cost and service, so many enterprises have to seek the 3PLenterprise to reduce the total cost of supply chain. However, the virtualinventory management operationality on the base of 3PL enterprise ascoordination center and profit distribution between the partners in supplychain need to be further study.
1 An Overview of VirtualInventory Management
Virtual inventory can manage the inventoryinformation of member enterprises centrally, which participates in the coordinationproduction of agile supply chain, but the physical inventory is still locatedin the dispersed warehouses. The virtual inventory management system isconsisted of virtual inventory setting and virtual inventory management. Theprerequisite of virtual inventory setting is to realize the standard of eachphysical warehouse, and it is made up of inventory parameter setting, virtualwarehouse setting, total inventory parameter setting, material initializationof each physical warehouse and so on. Virtual inventory management also hasseveral parts, for example, physical warehouse integrated interface, inventoryplan, inventory allocation, total inventory query and etc. Recently, virtualinventory management has been the key and one of the hard issues in the fieldof academia.
