Abstract:Agile supply chain management is a complexsystems engineering, the operation process of which is uncertain and dynamic.It requires the analysis concerning the process of partnership establishmentand problems may come up during the cooperation with the starting point of theessence of partnership, and also the formulation of realistic and feasible selectionmechanism and evaluation system of partners.

I.        INTRODUCTION

At present, China'senterprises are facing the challenges of the international market as itseconomic integration with the world. The traditional mode of operation ofenterprises receives a serious impact internationally. Supply chain managementtheory and practice is increasingly showing its competitive advantage in thecompetition of global market. Supply chain management becomes a notable trendof development of China’senterprise management. Under such a circumstance, the establishment of dynamicenterprise alliance and agile supply chain has become the survival weight of China'senterprises, so the study of agile supply chain management is imperative. 

II.     Agile Supply Chain and Essenceof Partners’ Relationship 

Agile supply chain is the dynamical network of supply and demandconsists of some suppliers and demanders which can rapidly response toenvironmental changes in the competitive, cooperative and dynamical market.Entities is the enterprises participate in supply chain and the department orindividual whose operation relatively independent in enterprises; suppliers anddemanders can be various types of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors andend users; “dynamic” reflect the reconstruction process of the relationshipbetween supply and demand adapt to changes of market; “agile” is used toemphasize the rapid response capability that the supply chain act on market changesand customer demand.
