Abstract:Based onthe similarity search of thebusiness process in the logisticsbusiness enterprise of comprehensive service and SCOR model, the operationand management evaluation index systemis established. By connecting the concrete case in Yuancheng Group, the importantevaluation indexes of every department are selected according to the existingdepartment setting. Then the SCOR model is introduced and the applicability ofindex system structured is evaluated. Finally, how to establish the evaluationindex system is stated both from theory and practice.

0 Introduction

Performance evaluation is regarded as anintegral part of plan and control for enterprises all the time. The differentperformance evaluation makes different enterprise management behaviours, However,third party logistics in Chinais still in the early stage of development lacking the advanced operationprinciple and proper operation and management evaluation index. Therefore, it is critical for theenterprises to choose the proper appraisal methods.

1 An overview of logistics performanceevaluation system

Enterpriseperformance evaluation system is acomprehensive evaluation which is specific to the production and operatingactivities in the enterprises.Logistics performance is the input-outputratio of logistics elements (Klaassen,G., Miketa,A.2005). On the basis of theelement range, we can do the performance evaluation from the standpoint ofsingle factor and multi-factor (Alan Stainer, 1998).

Experts and scholars athome and abroad have done some researches on the performance evaluations fromvarious angles.
