Abstract:For the rapid development of enterprise business, and modification or reconstructionof Enterprise Logistics Information System costly and time-consuming issues,proposed a model that SOA-based of 3PL enterprise information systemarchitecture reconstruction, and take the Yuan cheng group for example, theestablishment of SOA -based information integration platform, both conducive toresolving the "information island" problem, but also make full use ofthe "legacy system".

1. The exploration of domestic and foreign logistics enterprises ininformation

1.1 The construction of domestic and international logistics enterpriseinformation 

The development of logistics industry,experienced by a single logistics services (such as contract transportationservices) to the integrated logistics services (such as processing and packingservices), to joint sales forecasting, regional logistics centers, VMIinventory management services and other development process.

Currently, logistics services in developedcountries are gradually penetrate into all aspects of the production andcirculation, and provide solutions to supply chain management integration. In China, thelogistics industry is still in the phase transition that from tradition ofself-logistics to third-party logistics (Third Part Logistics, 3PL), thelogistics enterprises are large numbered, small-scaled and widely distributed. 

Logistics Information is the key of modernlogistics, domestic logistics companies are increasingly aware of theimportance of information. After years of development, the majority oflogistics companies have established their own information system, but a numberof business processing systems independent of each other, information resourcescan not be shared, "information island"(Xie xinzhou，2000) has become a constraints of logisticsenterprise IT systems to further development. On the other hand,customer-centric service philosophy makes the integration of customer servicehas become increasingly important, integration becomes a central theme ofconstruction and improvement of a logistics enterprise’s IT system. More andmore enterprises realize a new level of integration should not simply startfrom a specific application, but should be consider the problem from theperspective of integrated framework.
