Abstract- This paper describes therelationship between logistics and economy of 1990-2008 years in Hebei, and explainsthe relationship by empirical analysis, and puts forward relevant suggestionsabout the logistics industry with the economy joint development. Not only has logisticsindustry played fundamental role in regional economic, but also constraints theregional economic operation speed and efficiency. This paper put forward suggestionsthrough the construction of regression model and elastic model, such as thelogistics of Hebei needing of Co-ordination plan, promotion to modern logisticssupply capacity, development of regional economy, etc.

 I.  Introduction

Incertain region to enhance economic coherence degree, will help to improve theefficiency in the use of resources and to enhance the comprehensive strength ofregional economies and the core competitiveness. Modern logistics industryachieves an effective link between activities of production, circulation andconsumption, it has effective contact between the distribution of alldepartments in the regional economic, has the all-important effect to deployingresource rationally , optimizing the economic structure, improving economyoperation quality, stimulating regional economic development. Logisticsindustry not only plays a fundamental role to regional economic development,but also affects the entire regional economy and restricts the speed andefficiency of operation, determines the strength of regional competitiveness.
II.The empirical analysis ofHebei logistics industry and regional economic coordinated development 

Logisticsindustry is proportional to volume and level of economic development.To revealthe coordinated relations between logistics industry in Hebei Province and thedevelopment of economic, this paper use SPSS software based on the relationshipbetween GDP and the total social cargo turnover to do empirical analysis.Thefirst representative index of social and economic development level selectedthe region's GDP, the second is a more representative of the physical logisticsscale, namely the total social cargo turnover.
