Abstract- Manufacturinglogistics is an important part in logistics industry. It supports thedevelopment of manufacturing industry. The article firstly summarizespredecessors' theoretical study, then makes a quantitative analysis on thecorrelation between manufacturing and logistics industry during the year 2004-2008 of Zhejiang province by gray correlation model. By comparison withJiangsu and Shanghai which are of the same triangle area, we get that thelogistics and manufacturing development does not match well in ZhejiangProvince. Logistics industry must be strengthened during the development ofadvanced manufacturing process.

 I.  Introduction

     Manufacturingindustry is the pillar industry of China's national economy and also the baseof social logistics needs. It plays an important role in stimulating andpromoting logistics industry. By return, logistics industry provides productionservices for manufacturing which also has an great effect on manufacturingrestruction and industrial upgrading. Due to the closely correlation between manufacturingand logisticsindustry, promoting the linkagedevelopment of these two does not only help to enhance the core competitivenessof manufacturing industry, but also be a basic means to promoting logisticsindustry.

   ‘Shanghaias a head, Jiangsu and Zhejiang as two wings’-the Yangtze River Delta is thecoastal strip and intensive industry region along the river of t-joints. Currently,it is one of the most well developed region of economics in China. It has becomea light in Asia Pacific economy, or even the world economy.
