ABSTRACT
Consideringthe characteristics of logistics enterprises, key factors in impacting thelogistics enterprises performance are analyzed. By the improved BalancedScorecard tool, logistics enterprise strategic goal is going to integrate withfive dimensions—finance, customers, internal processes,learning and growth, as well as information technology so that a performance evaluationmodel is set up. By using gray relational analysis, empirical research iscarried out in a logistics company, and the result shows that the evaluationmodel is feasible and effective.

1. Introduction
Logistics enterprises arethe economic organizations, which are engaged in logistics activities. They regardthe logistics business as their core business, and carry out the logisticsfunctions which are included entire or part of logistics activities. In asense, whether an enterprise is engaged in a functional activity of thelogistics links, or provides integrated logistics services as its core business,it can be regarded as logistics enterprises[1].On the impact of the economiccrisis, Chinese logistics enterprises have experienced an obvious decline in theefficiency of enterprises. Profits of 60% enterprises have a negative growth,and 17% enterprises have a finance loss[2].Effectiveness of logisticsenterprises has a direct connection with operating performance. Effectiveevaluation and analysis of the operational performance help logisticsenterprises determine the actual operating level and find out the advantagesand disadvantages of the enterprise. Only for that, correct business decisionscan be made in complex market environment. Inaddition, the existing evaluation system lacks of feedback and can noteffectively monitor and improve the logistics performance. Based on this, afteranalyzing the characteristics and key factors influencing logistics enterpriseperformance, and considering the advantages of Balanced Scorecard (BSC), a new evaluationmodel for logistics enterprise performance is built on the paper. Considering incompleteinformation of many indicators, which is "grey", the evaluationsystem is regarded as a grey system. It is suitable for the grey relationalanalysis to evaluate it.
