Abstract

This article design 4models with a certain standard of one-time wooden pallets and a legitimate wayof supporting pallet packaging logistic to solve the problem of lowing inpallet standardization, lack of intensity in some pallet and unreasonablepackages in pallet packaging which lead to work at low efficiency and make highrate in damaging gods. The models would improve the pallet in order to adjustdifferent loading weight, rise loading and reloading efficiency and stackingefficiency of finished products, decline the damage rate in transportation,save materials in parts packaging, decline error rate in the number of shippingand receiving gods.

1    the research background

1.1   Situationat home and abroad on tray packaging

The numberof the tray in a country is a signature of its logistics modernization level.The circulation quantity of tray is about 80 million per year, of which theexports number about 20 million per year. Related statistics show that thenumber of tray is not less than 20 million per year rate of increase, of whichabout 90% of wooden pallets, plastic pallets about 8%, steel pallet, plasticwood pallets and other materials about the tray 2%. However, the number of Chinalags far behind the United Statesthe total tray (annual circulation about 15 ~ 2 billion), Japan (annualcirculation of 7 800 million) and other developed countries. 

With the large number tray andfrequent import and export trade, the implication of tray is not only inbusiness, countries but regional. Reasonable packaging pallet can simplifypackaging , ensure safety transportation of goods, accelerate circulation ofcommodities and save transportation costs. However, the packaging variable sizeof products is very unfavorable to production, transportation, storage andsales. Thus, some industrial countries, such as Germany,the United States, Japanand Australia, use tray based on theuse of container unit mode transportation in the long-term, utilize the loadand volume of transport and improve transport efficiency, accelerate theturnover of goods and brought considerable economic benefits^[1].
