Abstract:In the view of cluster supply chain, therelationship between flexibility and logistics capacity was studied byempirical analysis. Information sharing was introduced as a mediator variable. Byusing statistical methods of factor and regression analysis combined with theSPSS13.0 statistical software, we found the results as follows: the threedimensions of cluster supply chain flexibility (adaptation flexibility, innovation flexibility, communication flexibility) are significantly associatedwith the two dimensions of logistics capacity (delivery competence andresponsiveness). Information sharing fully mediates the relationship betweencommunication ability and delivery competence and partially mediates therelationship among other dimensions.

1. Introduction
Under an intensivecompetitive environment, the original competition among individual enterpriseshas turned to be among supply chains. Supply chain can not only reduce thecosts of enterprises, but also improve response rate and enhance its flexibility, which reflects not only in the amount flexibility, but also in the time, adaptation, innovation and communication flexibility. As a new type of supply chainorganizational form, cluster supply chain has its own characteristics, such as operationbased on industry cluster, multi-chains and production similarity, which makes the flexibilitymore prominent. In addition, cluster supply chain flexibility is always linkedwith information shared by the enterprise members, which is then reflected inthe logistics capability of the whole system [1].
Through factor analysis and regressionanalysis, this paper searches for the relationship between cluster supply chainflexibility and logistics capability. In this study, we hypothesize thatinformation sharing is a facilitator by mediating the relationship betweencluster supply chain flexibility and logistics capability. We are interested inexamining the mediating role of information sharing on the relationship betweencluster supply chain flexibility and logistics capability. The two mainquestions that we focus in this paper are:
