Abstract: This paper constructs a mathematical modelby borrowing the biological logistic model, to describe and analyze the relationshipbetween forest fruits industry and cold chain logistics. ForestThe result proves fruits industry can not develop without the cold chainlogistics, and if the cold chain logistics enterprises hope to expand marketshare and improve economic benefits, they also need to develop forest fruitbusiness. Sothere is a symbiotic synergistic effect between the forest fruits industry andthe cold chain logistics enterprises.

With the stop of photosynthesis, the respirationbecomes the main metabolism of the picked forest fruits. And evaporation isalso a main feature. The moisture content of most forest fruits is about 90%,but the weight of forest fruits always decreases by evaporation during theprocess of storage and transportation, which will reduce the freshness offorest fruits.
(2) Vulnerability. The forest fruits are fresh, tender and withhigh moisture content, so they are easily exposed to mechanical damages byvibration, friction, collision or other mechanical action during the process ofpicking, loading and unloading, and transportation.
