Abstract—With thedevelopment of network technology and economic globalization, modern logisticsindustry has some new features. It is an inevitable trend thatnetworks and information technology are applied to the integrating logisticsresources and enhancing the level of logistics services. This paper gives out aschema of logistics operation architecture based on the idea of SOA. It hascapacity to respond quickly to market change and gain a competitive advantage.Meanwhile, the paper gives a detail description ofthe securitysystem.

Logistics is concerned with the movement,storage, and control of material from the suppliers, through the manufacturingand distribution facilities to the customer [1]. As well as the traditionalindustries, development of information technology has brought broad space forthe development of modern logistics. Information technology can make transport,warehousing, packaging, distribution, processing and other logistic aspectsintegrate into a whole system and ensure that logistics managers can learn moreabout the items’ position, quantity and path in this whole process. Thesuccessful application of electronic data Interchange (EDI),radio frequency Identification (RFID), electronic ordering system(EOS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems haverisenstructural change for logistics processes and logistics system. Inaddition, the development of network technology makes joint enterprises moreviable between the logistics enterprises andother enterprises.

At present, most of the logistics enterprisesshow the features of small-scale, simple service, low degree ofinformationization. Therefore, utilizinginformation technology to integratelogistics resources, especially e-commerce platform is the objective need ofthe logistics industry.
