Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationshipbetween supply-demand coordination and performance of logistics service supplychain (LSSC), and help managers to understand which factors make significantinfluence on the performance of LSSC. The paper presents a correlation modelfor supply-demand coordination and performance analysis, then use survey methodto do an empirical research. With software SPSS 15.0, the hypothesesare verified withmultiple regression equation. The results show that the workingefficiency of functional logistics service provider (FLSP), the training forFLSP, the order allocation fairness of logistics service integrator (LSI), andthe uncertain degree of LSI’s order demand are positive to the cooperationperformance. The level of information system sharing has no effect oncooperation satisfaction degree of FLSP. For the factors that have effect oncooperation satisfaction, LSI is more concerned about the efficiency of FLSP, whileFLSP is more concerned about the cooperation profits. Thereis a big difference between their focuses. In order to successfully complete the cooperation of LSSC,the managersof LSI and FLSP must understand the each other's concerns, seek common groundwhile reserving differences, establishthe strategic partnership, reduce the information asymmetry and improvesatisfaction of cooperation.

1Introduction
Service supply chainmanagement is a new operation strategy to improve the competitiveness ofservice enterprises. The entire service supply chain management could be synchronizedto respond to customers' demand, and the supply chain's rapid response abilitycould be improved. In recent years, with the rising of service supply chain (Lisaet al. 2004;Frank 2004; Tuncdan et al. 2007),many scholars have made great effort to study the service supply chainmanagement theories and methods, and the industry has also invested a lot offinancings in supply chain transformation and optimization. However, what theapplication effect of various management strategies and application and methodsis, and how the services supply chain management strategy keeps consistent withoperation performance, is the problem that is eager to solve.
Logistics servicesupply chain (LSSC) is one special type in service supply chain, which is coredon logistics service integrator (LSI) and provides flexible logistics serviceto ensure the supply chain logistics operation. The main structure of LSSC is fromfunctional logistics service provider (FLSP) to logistics service integrator(LSI) and to manufacturers or retailers. Among them, FLSP is the traditionalfunctional logistics company, such as transportation companies, warehousingcompanies, etc. They are integrated assuppliers by logistics serviceintegrators in the process of building national or international logisticsservice network because the service provided by FLSP is simple and usuallylimited within some regions.Compared with FLSPs, the characteristics of LSI mainly lie in that it can notonly provide integrated logistics services and customized services, but alsopossess efficient information processing technology and network service. Forexample, as one of the largest LSI in China, Baogong Logistics Company in Guangzhou integrates morethan 500 storage FLSPs, more than 1,200 highway transportation FLSPs, and over500 manual loading and unloading FLSPs. By making use of these FLSPs, Baogongprovides integrated logistics services for various companies, such as Procter& Gamble, Unilever, etc.
