Abstract- Along with the economy development and fierce competition, enterprisesrealized the importance of collaboration between each other. Researches aboutenterprises collaboration become hit topic today, as the internet technology’sapplication was adopted in many enterprises business, the key is how to realizethe enterprises collaboration in IT ways. Because of the different IT implementlevel, the foundation and basic question of enterprises collaboration is toresolve interoperability between asynchronous systems. In this article, ontology method was used to realize the interoperability, OWL was used toestablish ontology of mechanical accessory as well as OWL-S been used toestablish web services. The mapping between ontology and database enabled therealization. In the end a prototype system was developed, which proved thesupposed method was correct.

I. INTRODUCTION
Along with the speeding pacesof economic globalization, enterprises faced more and more fierce competition worldwide. On consideration of this competition, more and more enterprises realized theimportance of collaboration with their upriver and downriver partners. The smalland medium enterprises (SME) especially manufacturing SME must get quickresponse when the market fluctuates. Collaboration between supplier andcustomer enterprises increased competence for manufacturing SME. However, thebasis of collaboration between enterprises was information exchange, how toimplement the collaboration between enterprises on information systems level currentlybecame researching hotspot. Because of the differences on IT implementation andbusiness work flow, different enterprises adopted dissimilar architecture intheir IT application systems. Whereas one of the fundamental problems was howto actualize interoperability in which information exchange could been carriedout between asynchronous systems. Whereas the interoperability of asynchronoussystems could be divided into three levels, which contains physical level, datalevel as well as semantic level.
