[Abstract]Low carbon has become the focus of global attention, and carbon emissions will also become a new standard tomeasure a country's, or a enterprise's competitiveness. Therefore, the development of low-carbon economy, and theconstruction of low-carbon logistics system in line with China's nationalconditions is desperately needed. Thispaper analyzes the low-carbon economy and low-carbon logistics, explainsthe low-carbon logistics in the low-carbon economy, pointsout the urgency of developing low-carbon logistics, analyzesthe carbon emissions in logistics activities, andproposeshow to implement our low-carbon strategies.

Since the CopenhagenClimate Summit in 2009, the "low-carbon economy" has become a hottopic of discussion. Low-carbon economy is a neweconomic concept, which refers to the economicdevelopment model in which greenhouse gasemissions is at the lowest possible , especially the main greenhouse gas emissionssource-carbon dioxide to be effectively controlled. It was first appeared in the government documents in the2003 UK energy white paper titled "Our energy future: creating a lowcarbon economy", in which the low-carbon economy was first directlyaddressed in the form of the government documents .In the broad background ofglobal energy shortage, environmental pollution and the greenhouse effect onthe climate anomalies , the development of low-carbon economy will become theeconomic mainstream, the technological revolution mainstream, the new energyrevolution mainstream in the 21st century, and is bound to bring a newrevolution to the our production and life model. As a high-end service sector, the development of logisticsin low-carbon economy occupies a special position, which is because logisticsitself is a major energy consumer and also a major carbon emission contributor,so the logistics sector must take a low-carbon road and take efforts to developlow-carbon logistics.
I. Low carbon logistics inlow-carbon economy
The so-called low-carboneconomy is to minimize the consumption of coal, oil and other high-carbonenergy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and achieve economic and social development andecological environment protection as a win-win economic developmentpatterns, under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development throughtechnical innovation, system innovation, industrial transformation, new energydevelopment and other means .In fact the low-carbon economy is a high energyefficiency and clean energy structure problem, the core is energy technologyinnovation, system innovation and the fundamental change of human survival anddevelopment concept.
