Abstract—Thisarticle establishes the comprehensive evaluation indexes system from eightaspects that are infrastructure, efficiency of Agro-products logistics,information of Agro-products supply chain, technology of Agro-products supplychain, service quality of Agro-products supply chain, organizational degree of Agro-productssupply chain, Agro-products supply chain cost and greening of Agro-products supplychain. And then this paper evaluates the current situation of Agro-products supplychain in Inner Mongolia by using the methodFuzzy AHP.

1. Introduction 

Agro-products Supply chain management is thepractical application of the idea of supply chain management in the field ofAgro-products circulation, which connects stakeholders together involved in thecourse of circulation from Agro-products producer to consumer as a value chain.These stakeholders take the whole supply chain benefit maximization andcustomer satisfaction maximization as the ultimate goal.

Weiwai Cui, Yuntao Bai(2007) introduced how to use cluster analysis method to screen the evaluationindexes and established evaluation indexes system by applying diffusion indexfor quantitative analysis, the dynamic evaluation and selection of Agro-productssupply chain partners^[1].
