Abstract—Logistics has come to a new stage named intelligent logistics withthe development of Internet of things technology. The current applicationsituation, technical support and development prospects of this technology areanalyzed in this paper.

1. Introduction

Internet of Things can realize items linkbased on contracts through sensing devices, RFID (radio frequencyidentification), video identification technology, infrared sensor, GPS, laserscanner and other devices. It can identify, locate, track, manage logisticsintelligently by information exchange and communication. ThroughInternet of Things, things can be connected if they want. And all the thingscan be identified and communicated. This network system can make feedback andcontrol automatically and intelligently. So Internet of things has 3characteristics in essence, internet, identification and communication,intelligence.

2.Constitution of intelligentInternet of things

Intelligent Internet of things is amodern logistics service system developed from EC (Electronic Commerce) basedon Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and other relevant informationtechnology. It can transmit things form suppliers to users by moderninformation collection, dispose, circulation and management technique. It cangive suppliers maximum profit, users best services with least natural andsocial resources. Internet of Things technology has been widely used in ourcountry with these up to date techniques’ spread, such as infrared, laser,coding, identification, location, sensor, RFID and satellite positioning.
