Abstract—Thispaper analyses the characteristicsof informationflow in military supply chain, the influencingfactors and the structureof militarysupply chain management. Then, themethod ofinformation flow management and control in military supply chain is designed,and the architecture of information flow control in military supply chainmanagement information system is proposed.

1. Introduction 

Military supply chain is a networksystem that consists of internal and external entities of military (belonging to themilitary logistics system and civillogisticssystem respectively) ,their  activities and relationship in the process of military logistical service[1]. Forthe purpose of reducing the total cost of military supply chain and improvingthe performance of logistics service, military supply chain management considersall entities and segments as a whole by means of strategic management, processreengineering, logistics management, information management, partner selectionand reliability management, cash flow management, and so on[2]. Information flow isthe key factorof military supply chain and plays an importantrole in military logistics service.
