ABSTRACT: As Chinese economicdevelopment, Chinese logistics industry has developed rapidly. However, in theprocess of development, it is affected by various factors. In this paper，we’ll analyze the main factors in thedevelopment of Chinese logistics industry and its impact on economy, and proposespecific countermeasures.

1 Introduction
Logistics isthe basis of the national economy, and economic development in our country playsan important role. But logistics industry in china is still at the beginningstage. Although Chinese logistics industry has achieved rapid development,there are still some problems compared with developed countries.
Therefore,exploring the main factors that have deeply influenced the economic developmentof our country is very important. Only then can we discover the problems of thelogistics industry and propose the countermeasures of the development.
2 The Establishment of the Related Factors IndexSystem on
At present, theindex system of the state about china’s logistics industry has not beenestablished completely. The statistics reflecting the statistical indicators ofthe logistics industry is little. This paper established the index systemaccording to ’China Statistical Yearbook (2008)’. (Shown as table1)
