Abstract—According to the problems that slow response, slow informationinteraction and low collaboration faced the small & medium-sizedcustomization enterprises during the order management, combing the ApplicationService Provider (ASP) mode, an ASP-based order collaborative management systemis presented. The architecture, function structure and running mode areanalyzed. And some critical techniques of this system are also researched.

1. Introduction 

Facing theincreasingly fierce market competition and customer specific needs,customization enterprises, according to dynamic and changeable customer orders,must organize product configuration, collaboration production in the shortestpossible time, fast finish products' manufacturing and delivery. Therefore,order management becomes the bond of enterprise organizing produces [1].However, Chinese small and medium-sized customization enterprises are limitedby capital, technology, talent and environmental factors，and their order management level is generally low. Meanwhile, theylack of business collaboration ability in each order management link, lack ofeffective order information integration, and does not timely response customerdemand, so as to restrict the enterprise's fast development. 

Informatizationis an important means to realize business process integration and collaborationmanagement and, to expand the degree of information sharing, to acceleratedresponse to customers' different demands. It is a important way for small andmedium-sized enterprises to promote order management level and marketcompetitiveness. However, small and medium-sized customization enterprises, dueto a lack of manpower, money, technology and resources, have the problems of deficientfoundation and experience and software and hardware resources in theenterprises’ informatization construction. An Application service Provider(ASP) apply intensive management idea, use professional services companycentralized operation and maintenance of the high cost of soft/hardware systemand provide corresponding technical support. Small and medium-sized enterprisessoftware service rent ASP to support the operations of the enterprise business.ASP has characteristics of lessinvestment, less risk and highextensibility [3]. Thus, ASP model is an efficient way for small andmedium-sized customization enterprises to improve order collaborationmanagement ability and accelerate response of customer demand byinformatization.
