Abstract—The reasonable scaleoflogistics parks shouldbe takeninto accountat the beginning of the construction of logistics parks, since itis the resource of all the other works of the logistics parks,such as planning,evaluating and so on.In this paper, theeffects of industrial structure on the scale of logistics parks are analysed through qualitative and quantitativeaspects. In the qualitative aspect,industrial restructuring has played a catalytic role in the scale oflogistics parks.In quantitative aspect, we use aunary linear regression modelto predict logistics capacity and calculate the acreageof the logistics parks.Finally,combinedwith the methodsandthe demands oflogisticsparks , we providing guidance forthe planning of the logistics parks .

 Asthe rapid development of logisticsindustry in China,logistics parks as a form of the logistics industry is also booming around the country.Luo Yonghua^[1] ,basedon analyzing the influence of industrial structure change on the demand oflogisticsand then using graycorrelation model to empirically study theinfluence in Maoming City;ChengYaorong^[2],calculatedthe integratedservice capabilities of each logistics parksin various radiationareasby SE-DEA evaluation method;Yan Ji^[3]analysedthe effectsof Chineseeconomic structural changes on road freight transport turnover and forecasted the increment rateof road freight turnoverform2001 to 2005.This paper will from bothqualitative and quantitativeaspects to analyse the effects ofindustrial restructureingon the size of logisticsparks .
