Abstract
In recent years, the low quality of agriculturalproduct has become serious increasingly, which is bad for national health andlife. Especially, with the economical development, the public is awaiting forthe arrival of the safe and high quality agricultural product. Accordingly,some efficient measures are introduced to enhance the security management ofthe quality of agricultural product; and it leads the tracking and tracingsystem constructed. Based on this background, this paper takes the agriculturalproduct safety as the penetration-point, transits to the tracking and tracingsystem of agricultural product logistics. By the analysis of characters, RFID techniqueis introduced to the the tracking and tracing system of agricultural productlogistics; then, the RFID applications in all agricultural product logisticslinks are discussed step by step. So as to upgrade the service level ofagricultural product system, strengthen the supervision of agriculturalproduct, and balance the agricultural product market order.

1. Introduction
Agricultural product is themost important substance for surviving, developing and growing in ourdaily lives, and is one of the material basis for engaging in socialactivities. However, the factors, chemical abusing and environmental worseningfor instance, aggravate the already serious low quality of agricultural product.[1]Many developed countrieshave attached importance to the tracking and tracing system in agriculturalproduct logistics since the mad cow disease first appeared; accordingly, somefew tracking and tracing systems have been constructed. Up till now, thetracking and tracing system in agricultural product logistics in our country isat the research and beginning stage. Nevertheless, the Chinese governmentestablishes some corresponding laws and regulations, such as The Special Provision About StrengtheningSafety Supervision and Management on Foods Proposed by the State Council, Law on Agricultural Product's Quality Safetyof The People's Republic of China.
