Abstract: In this paper, the supply chain of agricultural products as the research object, on the basis of literature analysis and organic agricultural products in the market survey, the organic agricultural products supply chain and its distribution of interests overall grasp. Based on the analysis of producers, transporters and retailers in the supply chain of organic agricultural products, the main body of organic agricultural products supply chain is divided into three main modes. On this basis, puts forward the basic method of interest distribution, to determine the Shapley value method, and applied to the distribution of benefits, organic agricultural products supply chain at the same time, the Shapley value method modifies the weighting factor, the subjects of supply chain risk tolerance, the contribution of other factors to consider, calculate the interest distribution system is fair and reasonable, so as to ensure the stability and sustainability of supply chain alliance, finally effectively promote the development of organic agriculture. The results show that: (1) the collaboration of nodes in the supply chain of organic agricultural products is beneficial to improve the overall revenue of the supply chain and to produce cooperative surplus. (2) The residual allocation of cooperation should be tilted to the upstream of the supply chain (Organic produce production node) appropriately based on risk considerations.
